The Baltic Sea Region University Network (BSRUN) agreement was signed by 16 institutions in Turku on 28 February 2000.
BSRUN is an umbrella organisation to facilitate and enhance co-operation between the members.
The members will continue to develop a long term, stable, mutually
beneficial and equal partnership.
