John Goddard is emeritus Professor of Regional Development Studies at Newcastle University UK. He was previously Deputy Vice Chancellor with responsibility for the University’s links with the city and region.

José-Ginés Mora is Visiting Professor at the Institute of Education, University of London. Previously he was professor and Director of the Centre for Studies on Higher Education Management at the Valencia University of Technology.
